These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Star Hold: TD (the "Game"), a game developed and/or published by ZEUS AI Limited ("ZEUS AI", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms apply to the Game and related services provided by us on iOS, Android, and other supported platforms.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Game only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age required to enter into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the Game only with the involvement and consent of your parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Game complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. License to Use the Game

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ZEUS AI grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the Game or any content contained within the Game to you.

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or these Terms, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Game.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game.
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or other unauthorized software to access or interact with the Game.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security mechanisms or technical restrictions.
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
• Exploit the Game or its services for unauthorized commercial gain.

3. Game Accounts

Certain features of the Game may require or support an account or third-party authentication service.

You may be able to use third-party services such as Google Sign-In or other supported authentication methods.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and authentication credentials and for all activity occurring through your account, except where such activity results from circumstances beyond your reasonable control.

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and must not impersonate another person or use another person's account without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Game Progress and Data

Game progress, achievements, virtual items, settings, and other game-related information may be stored locally on your device and/or on our servers or third-party services, depending on the features and platform you use.

We do not guarantee that your game progress or other game data will always be preserved.

Data may be lost due to, among other things:

• Device failure.
• Uninstalling or reinstalling the Game.
• Loss of access to an account.
• Operating system changes.
• Technical failures.
• Service interruptions.
• Security incidents.
• Changes or discontinuation of third-party services.

Where account synchronization or cloud save functionality is supported, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the applicable functionality, but we do not guarantee permanent availability or preservation of all game data.

5. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional purchases, including virtual items, virtual currency, subscriptions, or other digital content ("Virtual Items").

Purchases may be processed through the applicable platform, including:

• Apple's App Store and In-App Purchase system for iOS; and
• Google Play and Google Play Billing for Android.

All purchases are subject to the applicable platform's payment terms and policies.

5.1 Virtual Items

Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold to you.

You do not acquire ownership of Virtual Items or any monetary or property interest in them.

Virtual Items:

• Have no cash value outside the Game.
• Cannot normally be exchanged for real money.
• Cannot normally be transferred between users.
• Cannot be sold, traded, or otherwise transferred except where expressly permitted by us.

We may manage, modify, rebalance, replace, or discontinue Virtual Items or their characteristics where reasonably necessary for the operation or development of the Game, subject to applicable law.

5.2 Prices

Prices for purchases are displayed through the applicable platform and may vary by country, region, currency, platform, taxes, promotions, and other factors.

Apple, Google, or their payment processors may process payments and may impose additional terms or requirements.

We do not receive or store your full payment card information when payment is processed directly through Apple or Google.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the policies and procedures of the platform through which the purchase was made.

For purchases made through Apple, refund requests may be subject to Apple's applicable refund procedures.

For purchases made through Google Play, refund requests may be subject to Google's applicable refund procedures.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

6. Advertising

The Game may display advertisements provided by ZEUS AI or third-party advertising partners.

Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings, permissions, consent choices, applicable law, and the advertising services used.

Advertising and attribution services may process certain technical, device, and usage information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or content of advertisements provided by third parties.

Your interactions with third-party advertisements may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant third parties.

7. Updates and Changes to the Game

We may release updates, patches, upgrades, or other modifications to the Game from time to time.

Updates may:

• Add or remove features.
• Change gameplay mechanics.
• Modify balancing.
• Correct bugs.
• Improve security or performance.
• Change compatibility requirements.
• Modify Virtual Items or other game content.

Some updates may be required for you to continue using the Game.

We may discontinue or modify all or part of the Game at any time, subject to applicable law.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat or use unauthorized gameplay modifications.
• Use bots, macros, scripts, automation, exploits, or other unauthorized tools.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for an unfair advantage.
• Attempt to access another user's account.
• Circumvent account, purchase, security, or access restrictions.
• Interfere with the Game, servers, networks, or other users.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the Game except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Use the Game to conduct fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities.
• Sell, rent, transfer, or commercially exploit Game accounts without our authorization.
• Use the Game in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We may take appropriate action, including restricting access, suspending accounts, removing unauthorized content or progress, or terminating accounts, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

9. Intellectual Property

The Game and all related materials, including but not limited to:

• Software and source code.
• Game design.
• Characters.
• Artwork.
• Graphics.
• Animations.
• Audio.
• Music.
• Text.
• Logos.
• Trademarks.
• Game mechanics and presentation.
• Virtual Items.
• Other content provided through the Game.

are owned by or licensed to ZEUS AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, artwork, characters, or other proprietary materials without our prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The Game may contain or rely on third-party services, software, platforms, or content, including services provided by Apple, Google, Firebase, Adjust, AppLovin, and other technology, advertising, analytics, authentication, or payment providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services that we do not control.

11. User Feedback

If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, comments, or other feedback regarding the Game ("Feedback"), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and otherwise use such Feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation or attribution to you.

You represent that you have the right to provide such Feedback and that our use of it will not violate the rights of any third party.

12. Service Availability

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain the Game and related services.

However, the Game may occasionally be unavailable or interrupted due to:

• Maintenance.
• Updates.
• Technical failures.
• Network problems.
• Security incidents.
• Third-party service failures.
• Force majeure events.
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly provided in these Terms, including warranties of:

• Merchantability.
• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Non-infringement.
• Availability.
• Accuracy.
• Reliability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZEUS AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Game.

This may include, to the extent permitted by law, loss of:

• Data.
• Game progress.
• Virtual Items.
• Profits.
• Business opportunities.
• Goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game, in whole or in part, if:

• You materially violate these Terms.
• You engage in fraud, cheating, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
• Your use creates a security or legal risk.
• We are required to do so by law.
• We discontinue the relevant service.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before suspension or termination.

Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms will end.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable dispute provisions, will survive termination.

16. Account Deletion

Where the Game provides account creation functionality, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Certain information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, including information necessary for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Deletion of an account may result in the loss of access to associated game progress, purchases, or other account-related content, subject to applicable law.

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

18. Platform-Specific Terms

18.1 Apple App Store

If you access the Game through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and ZEUS AI and not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content, maintenance, support, or warranty obligations, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary where applicable.

Your use of the Game on iOS is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

18.2 Google Play

If you access the Game through Google Play, your use of Google Play is subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Google is not responsible for the Game or its content, maintenance, support, or warranty obligations, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Your use of the Game on Android is also subject to the applicable Google Play terms and policies.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Game, our services, applicable law, or our business practices.

When we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where required by applicable law.

The updated Terms will be posted at the URL where these Terms are published, and the "Last Updated" date will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the Game after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the relationship between you and ZEUS AI, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under the laws of your country or region.

Where permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Game will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the relevant dispute.
